The Upper Susitna Community and Senior Center (USSI) is dedicated to supporting our senior community in a variety of ways, including providing affordable housing options. We operate a six-unit apartment complex specifically designed for seniors, offering both one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Each apartment comes equipped with covered parking and includes most utilities, ensuring a comfortable living experience for our residents. The only utilities not covered are electricity, satellite, and telephone services, allowing for flexibility in your choices.
